Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)
The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a U.S. Department of Labor funded employment and training program for older workers age 55 and above. It is authorized by Congress under Title V of the Older Americans Act to provide subsidized, part-time, community service work-based training for low-income persons 55 and older who have poor employment prospects. Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program
The Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program assists the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal, state, and local agencies in meeting their environmental mandates by using the talents and experience of workers 55 years of age and older. Enrollees increase their technical skills, access new training opportunities, and take on meaningful tasks to contribute to the environment and to their own financial well-being. Learn More

Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES)
The Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program assists the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) by providing workers 55 years of age and older to support conservation-related programs. Enrollees do meaningful and technical work to contribute to the conservation of our natural resources while using their experience and knowledge, increasing their skill levels, and helping their own financial security. Aging Demonstration Programs
NAPCA has undertaken a number of projects that benefit AAPI elders. A partial listing of projects includes: A project targeting health disparities among Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) elders under a grant from the Administration on Aging; The establishment of a toll free multilingual Helpline to assist limited English speaking AAPI elders enroll in Medicare Part D; Providing information about Medicare/Medicaid fraud and assisting API elders in resolving billing errors; The publication of "Ask NAPCA" columns addressing elders' benefits eligibility issues in Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese language newspapers throughout the United States; The translation and dissemination of health care materials into seven Asian and Pacific Islander languages; The Community Based Capacity Building Initiative which was directed at acquiring information and developing community action plans for the unique social and health service needs of API elders; The "Dual Eligible Video Project" promoting Medicare Savings Programs for low-income API seniors funded by Health Care Financing Administration (currently known as Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services).
