Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is a U.S. Department of Labor funded employment and training program for older workers age 55 and above. It is authorized by Congress under Title V of the Older Americans Act to provide subsidized, part-time, community service work-based training for low-income persons 55 and older who have poor employment prospects.  Learn More

Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program

The Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) Program assists the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other federal, state, and local agencies in meeting environmental mandates by using the talents and experience of workers 55 years of age and older. Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program

The Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services (ACES) Program assists the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) by providing workers 55 years of age and older to support conservation-related programs. Enrollees do meaningful and technical work to contribute to the conservation of our natural resources while using their experience and knowledge, increasing their skill levels, and helping their own financial security.  Learn More
