Curtis Hom has had a broad and varied professional career. He is the founding member of Innova Legal Group, PLLC in Kirkland, Washington. His work is focused on helping technology business clients structure and negotiate strategic deals and initiatives, and supporting public and large private company boards of directors in their annual board and CEO reviews. He also has been engaged as a strategic advisor to early-stage technology companies. Previously, Curtis was adjunct faculty at a large law school, a senior attorney at Microsoft, senior staff for a US Senator, and worked in law firms in Seattle and Asia. Curtis also has been a speaker at law and business conferences in the US and Asia on a range of topics.

Curtis has served on the NAPCA board of directors since 2019. He also has served on the boards of National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA.org) and Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (apaics.org).
