In 2017, the City of Seattle developed an Innovation Fund to test new ideas with a focus on results and racial equity.

Through this award, NAPCA’s goal is to increase Korean and Vietnamese caregivers’ access to evidence-based programs and supports. To accomplish this goal, NAPCA will evaluate Korean and Vietnamese caregivers’ readiness for TCARE® through focus groups and community interviews. Concluding this research, NAPCA will produce a report, which among other findings, will detail plans for culturally and linguistically appropriate TCARE® implementation.
