Deborah Watkins
SCSEP Case Manager – Chicago Suburbs Lake & McHenry Counties
Deborah serves the Chicago area, covering Cook, Lake, and McHenry counties. Born and raised in Evanston, IL, she has been deeply involved in her community, including serving as Director of the Annual Senior Fashion Show Luncheon for the past 10 years through the Foster Senior Club of Evanston. This experience ignited her passion for working with older adults.
Before joining NAPCA, Deborah worked at the Community Action Partnership of Lake County as a Senior Client Service Representative, assisting seniors with energy assistance applications. She also trained with the National Able Network as a Program Aide, where she built strong relationships with local nonprofits and government agencies to enhance senior services.
With 15 years of experience in both corporate and social service sectors, Deborah is dedicated to promoting the dignity, well-being, and quality of life of older adults. She is a passionate and committed professional who goes the extra mile to support the senior community.
