Aona Shigemori
Graduate Intern
Aona is a graduate intern currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology at the University of California, Los Angeles. As a graduate intern, Aona is working on a project to create a resource designed to help older adults and their caregivers easily find services that align with their cultural and language preferences. With a strong passion for global health, Aona hopes to conduct impactful research and design evidence-based public health interventions among underserved communities worldwide.
