At NAPCA, Benilde works closely with the Project Director and Case Manager to ensure that SCSEP goals and objectives are met throughout the year. She assists applicants and participants by interpreting eligibility requirements and guiding them through the application process.

Before joining NAPCA, Benilde spent 19 years as a Senior Systems Data Analyst at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, specializing in quality management and data analysis.

Passionate about education, Benilde previously worked as a mathematics teacher at Quezon City Science High School in the Philippines. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Divine Word University.
