Tim moved from China to the U.S. at a young age and grew up in Los Angeles. He is passionate about community service and committed to empowering older adults through education and workforce development.

As an SCSEP Case Manager at NAPCA, Tim supports program participants—many of whom have limited English proficiency and face employment barriers. He provides personalized guidance, assists with job readiness, and facilitates a basic computer skills program for monolingual Chinese-speaking seniors, helping them build essential digital literacy.

With a B.A. in Philosophy from UCLA and two years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Tim is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for older adults to thrive in today’s workforce.
