After graduating with a Philosophy degree from Western Washington University, Sai landed in the business sector. Professionally, in her previous incarnation before joining NAPCA, Sai worked in the corporate sphere with the likes of Colgate-Palmolive, LVMH, and the natural products industry. Personally, she has devoted years to community building with wide-ranging groups, from youths to the aging population, helping with anything from college preparation to translation.

Sai’s work at NAPCA with the Senior Environmental Employment (SEE) program encompasses partnering with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s different regions and departments from federal agreements with sites ranging in location across the nation (DC, Chicago, Seattle, etc.) to state agreements like Michigan and Indiana. Her work managing the grant includes everything from recruitment to servicing the hundreds of active enrollees and EPA partners she works with daily.
