You are eligible if you live in the vicinity of Los Angeles County and have difficulty leaving your home safely by yourself in order to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

The National Asian Pacific Center on Aging (NAPCA) has teamed up with the Los Angeles County Health Department and their mobile COVID-19 vaccination program to provide Asian American and Pacific Islander homebound older adults with in-home COVID-19 vaccinations.
