Shirley Dong is a marketing executive with diverse managerial experience in brand marketing and product innovation across various industries: Beauty, Healthcare, Food & Beverage, and Education. She is skilled in 3600 concept to market, launching over 950 products from celebrity fragrances to desserts.
Prior to joining NAPCA, Shirley was the Director of Brand and Product Development at Health E-Commerce. HEC is an online retailer serving 60MM consumers with FSA/HSA eligible health and wellness products. Previously, Shirley held key marketing roles at Avon Products. She created and launched milestone celebrity brands like Fergie ($14MM) and Derek Jeter ($10MM). She launched Avon’s men’s skin care and grooming business ($10MM). Her North America market responsibility included the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Shirley worked with franchise brand, 16 Handles, as Director of Marketing. She developed partnerships with the Tony Awards, Yahoo Comedy and Music Series, and Metro PCS. Aside from her marketing career, Shirley has been passionate about teaching and mentoring students. She lectured at LIM College sharing her “tricks of the trade” marketing experience.
Shirley received her Bachelor of Science for Accounting from New York University.
