Si joined NAPCA in August 2021 as a Case Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in case management. Prior to NAPCA, Si worked at a nonprofit organization, providing vocational training, advocacy, and support services to adults with disabilities. Throughout this career, Si has held various roles, gaining extensive experience in client support and workforce development.

Passionate about empowering older adults, Si believes that seniors are a vital asset to the community. Si is dedicated to helping SCSEP participants gain meaningful employment and achieve financial independence.

Si holds a BA in Business Administration.
