Polly currently holds the position of Managing Director at NAPCA, where she leads and oversees the Senior Environmental Employment program and other key initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit grant management, federal business development, and marketing, Polly has delivered contracted solutions for both federal and state agencies. Polly has collaborated with a wide range of nonprofits and government organizations to develop workforce solutions. In addition, she has served on multiple nonprofit and public boards and associations within the Seattle community. She is a proud graduate of the University of Washington.
