Benny joined NAPCA in January 2023 as the Director of Communications, bringing over three decades of experience in advertising and marketing. Based in Los Angeles, he plays a key role in shaping NAPCA’s outreach and engagement strategies.

Benny began his advertising career in Hong Kong in 1990, specializing in account management at global agencies such as BBDO and Havas (formerly RSCG Partnership). After moving back to Los Angeles in 1999, he continued his advertising career at IW Group, A Partnership, and TDW+Co, where he contributed to major national AANHPI campaigns, including the 2020 Census and the 2021 COVID-19 Vaccine Outreach initiatives. Additionally, he managed advertising and PR efforts for AARP, ensuring impactful community engagement.

Benny holds a B.S. (MIS) from Loma Linda University and an MBA (Management) from California Polytechnic State University.
