With over twenty years of experience in corporate financial planning, risk management, and legal compliance, Clara has held senior positions in several publicly listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prior to joining NAPCA, Clara served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of a financial services company governed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).

Clara is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Her expertise extends beyond financial management, as she has successfully led organizations through mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, while ensuring strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Clara moved from Hong Kong to Seattle in 2021 to further her commitment to community service, particularly advocating for the elderly. She has volunteered her time and expertise to various initiatives supporting the well-being of older adults and continues to contribute to programs that enhance access to healthcare, education, and social services for seniors.

Clara holds a Bachelor's degree in accountancy and a Master's degree in finance.
