Sarah Joehlin

SCSEP Case Manager, Chicago

Sarah is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in healthcare, case management, customer service, and office administration. With extensive experience in data entry, office management, and client support, I have demonstrated the ability to build meaningful relationships with diverse populations and navigate complex situations with empathy and efficiency.

Currently serving as a Case Manager with the NAPCA SCSEP Program, Sarah provides comprehensive case management services, advocate for clients' rights, and connect individuals to community resources. Her experience also includes roles as a Program Assistant, where she managed administrative duties, database maintenance, and client communication. Previously, Sarah managed a retail team with AARP Foundation SCSEP, developing strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist and Organ Transplant Procurement Technician, gaining valuable hands-on experience in high-stakes medical environments.

Sarah holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Black Hawk College and a Certification in Surgical Technology from Trinity Health System School of Nursing. Her diverse background reflects a commitment to service, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
