With a background in customer support and communications, Jung is dedicated to helping older adults navigate public benefits and employment opportunities.

From 2017 to 2022, Jung served as a customer support representative for the Washington State health insurance marketplace, assisting individuals in accessing essential healthcare coverage. In 2022, Jung joined NAPCA to provide counseling on senior public benefits, contribute to the Ask NAPCA columns, and support SCSEP.

Jung holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Communications from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
